Nero moved in with us when he was 4 years of age, in August 2008. He is a wonderfully coloured blue merle with a true gentleman's character. He stole all our hearts immediately and started our love for blue merles as well. After being a pet for the first 4 years of his life Nero started attending a few match shows the following year. He loved showing so he started to go to official shows with us in 2009. He still loves to show now attending veteran classes occasionally.

Nero had offspring with his beloved Lyyli in 2011. Moon-litter of 8 pups was born in March, 2011. Today, almost 9 years old, Nero is a very proud head of the pack and is living the time of his life. He is still very playful and happy and loves running around wildly with our other dogs. His blue colour is perfect! Nero was healthy all his life until he reached 12 years. He started having prostate problems and his health deteriorated. He had to be let go to greener pastures on 16th April, 2017. His ashes were spread at his favourite spot at the river that flows by our house. Gone but not forgotten <3 <3 <3 |
